Construction -- NCDOT has planned to replace 2 pipes on Sportsman Dr. in Frisco. These pipes are approximately 250 feet from NC12. The road will be closed on Tuesday 5/22 at 08:00 AM and reopen at 7:00 PM.

Construction -- BONNER BRIDGE: Mon. March 5, work will begin to perform minor steel repairs, clean & paint the steel girders, comprising of 3 spans at the top of the high rise portion. One lane of traffic will be closed and work zone traffic control will be by portable traffic signals. First few days during daylight hours. Then the closure will be up for 24/7. Weather allowing scheduled to be completed May 22, 2012.

Construction -- The N.C. Department of Transportation will begin temporary lane closures tomorrow, Wednesday Jan. 18 at 7 a.m., near the temporary bridge on N.C. 12 at Pea Island as crews install protective measures to prevent erosion near the south end of the bridge. Lane closures will take place daily from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., and work is expected to last for the next four to six weeks.
