Board of Elections Board and Staff

The Dare County Board of Elections is committed to conducting fair and honest elections for the Dare County citizens. The Board of Elections is the only statutory bi-partisan, quasi-judicial.

The election board is comprised of three members who are appointed for two year terms by the State Board of Elections.

Board meetings are open to the public and scheduled on the last Tuesday of every month at 4:30 PM in the Dare County Board of Elections office at 954 Marshall C. Collins Drive, Manteo, NC 27954
