Dare County Game and Wildlife Commission

The Dare County Game Commission was formed in 1977. The session laws of 1979 re-established the commission as it exists today. The Commission is responsible for licensing all permanent and float blinds in the county.

The members of the commission also have power and authority to prescribe rules and regulations to issue the blind licenses. The Game & Wildlife Commission members are appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Dare County Board of Commissioners for staggered terms.

A license may be issued by The Dare County Game And Wildlife Commission subject to the following requirements .

Enforcement
